Pet Policy:

We allow dogs in the home provided you have registered your dog with us at the

time you made your reservation or let us know about your pet prior to your arrival.

We charge $25/animal/week or part of a week during your tay, and an extra pet

damage deposit of $100 per stay for all pets. Please note,however, if your pet damages

our property beyond the$100 deposit, you are required to pay the entire cost of repair,

and it will be charged to your credit card on file, and this is your authorization for us

to do so. 

Please ensure your pet is completely free of ticks and fleas before your arrival. Our homes are a flea-free environment and your pet should be checked daily to ensure that fleas or parasites are not brought in from other areas.

Your pooper scooper must be used to clean up the premises. All pet waste must

be put in tied plastic bags and placed inside covered trash cans. Following this policy

will make the grounds safe for you, your children and your pets and those who come

after you. The cost to clean up after your pet is $75.00/hr. with a one hour minimum charge.

We do not allow your pet(s) to be on sofas or beds. This is extremely important.

Cleaning our blankets becomes a costly and time consuming activity. Most pet hair

does not come off our blankets easily when washed and dried. We ask that your pet

is "crated" when you leave it alone in the house or keep it contained in the mud room.

But, this is not absolute. If you have a puppy or a nervous dog, we\re sure you will

agree that "crating" is necessary.

Barking Dogs. We reserve the right to ask guests who’s dog’s  bark annoyingly,

and without provocation, to leave immediately and without refund.

Our main concern is cleanliness. You are completely responsible for making sure

that all pet hair is gone when you leave.

Do not allow your dog to roam outside alone or to roam onto neighbouring properties

or the sidewalk. You must be in control of your dog at all times. Bring tie-lines with you on your vacation for this purpose. Please note that we live in the mountains and

A.S. Optics Inc is not responsible for the safety of your pet. Cougers, bob cats, bears

and other preditors are found on properties throughout the community. Hawks and

other birds of prey are also capable of taking a small animal.
